Scallops Wrapped in Bacon ~ Served on a salad bed with balsamic reduction and olive oil    $12

Chicken and Bacon Linguini~ Baby spinach, wild mushrooms, caramelized onion in a Basil pesto cream sauce, garlic baguette   $24 

 

Cedar Planked Salmon~ Glazed with Margaree Maple, slow baked and topped with grilled leek   $26
