Accommodation Policies
Island Sunset encourages advance reservations to ensure room availability. Our rates are based on single and/or double occupancy per night. Rates do not include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. A credit card number is required to hold rooms. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express.
Check-In Time: From 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Please advise our front-desk staff if you expect to be later than 7:00pm.
Check Out Time: 11:00am
Methods of Payment: We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard or Debit Card for payment.
Cancellation Policy: We require 72 hours notice of cancellation prior to arrival. (3 days)
Reservations cancelled without this notice will be refunded, less a $15.00 administration fee, only if the suite can be rented.
Pets: Pets are welcome (limited suites available, please check availability with our front desk staff when making a reservation)
Smoking: Our Resort is pleased to offer a smoke-free facility.
